TASMANIAN QUALIFICATIONS AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 15 OF 2015) - SECT 110
Section 60 amended (Review of decisions)
Section 60 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting
"Authority" first occurring and substituting "Office" ;
(b) by omitting from
paragraph (i) "Authority" and substituting "Office" .
