TASMANIAN QUALIFICATIONS AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 15 OF 2015) - SECT 50

Section 40 amended (Cancellation of accreditation as accredited higher education course)

Section 40(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "Authority," and substituting "Office," ;
(b) by omitting "Authority" second occurring and substituting "Office" .
