VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC AMENDMENT (VEHICLE OPERATIONS) ACT 2001 (NO. 71 OF 2001) - SECT 19

Section 57 amended (Registrar's power to fix fees)

Section 57 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting in subsection (1) "or the Commission" after "Registrar" ;
(b) by inserting in subsection (3) "or the Commission" after "Registrar" .
