VALUATION OF LAND ACT 2001 (NO. 102 OF 2001) - SECT 65
Postponement of rescission of Land Valuation Regulations 1972
(1) The rescission of the Land Valuation Regulations 1972 that, but for
this section, was to have been effected on 1 January 2002 is postponed until 1
January 2003.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply so as to prevent the rescission of the Land Valuation Regulations 1972 at any time before 1 January 2003.
