WATER MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2015 (NO. 34 OF 2015) - SECT 13

Section 164 amended (Non-application of Division)

Section 164(1)(d) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "granted under the Water Management Act 1999 after the commencement of Part 4 of the Dam Works Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007 " and substituting "issued under Part 8 of the Water Management Act 1999 " .
