WATER MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2015 (NO. 34 OF 2015) - SECT 19

Section 51 amended (Offences relating to listed taxa)

Section 51(4) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "dam permit granted under the Water Management Act 1999 after the commencement of Part 5 of the Dam Works Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007 " and substituting "Division 3 permit issued under the Water Management Act 1999 " .
