Section 304A of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (ab) "matters;" and substituting "matters; and" ;

(b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (ab) :

(ac) activities to be activities that are required to be carried out for the purposes of, or in connection with, the design, construction, maintenance, surveillance, or decommissioning, of dams or a class of dams and when such activities, and reports to the Minister in relation to such activities, are required to be carried out or provided; and
