EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations make provision for the following matters under the Travel Agents Act 1987 :(a) conveyances to which section 4 of the Act does not apply;(b) applications for a licence under the Act and the conditions that may be placed on the licence;(c) particulars and qualifications required of the person in charge;(d) the notice to be displayed under the Act;(e) the register to be kept of licences;(f) the compensation scheme for the purposes of the Act;(g) fees payable under the Act.
