PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA Introduced in the Assembly Legislation Reform (Repeals No. 6) Bill 2009 A Bill for an Act to repeal certain spent Acts. The Parliament of Victoria enacts: 1 Purpose The main purpose of this Act is to repeal certain spent Acts. 2 Commencement 5 This Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. 3 Repeal of Acts The Acts listed in the Schedule are repealed. 561358B.I-9/12/2009 1 BILL LA INTRODUCTION 9/12/2009

Legislation Reform (Repeals No. 6) Bill 2009 s. 4 4 Repeal of repealing Act This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
