Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsDespite the repeal of section 7E by the Audit Amendment Act 2019 , any employee employed in accordance with that section immediately before its repeal is taken to be employed under section 6 on and from the commencement of that section on the same conditions and with the same rights and entitlements as the person had immediately before the repeal.
