ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE ACT 1958 - SECT 19
Estate of intestate to vest in State Trustees between death and grant of administration
Where a person dies intestate his estate until administration is granted in
respect thereof shall vest in the State Trustees in the same manner and to the
same extent as formerly in the case of personal estate in England it vested in
the Ordinary.
