ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE ACT 1958 - SECT 70ZL

If no person is entitled to the estate of an intestate under this Part, the residuary estate—

        (a)     is taken to be property that has no owner; and

        (b)     passes to and belongs to the Crown.
