AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND FAIR TRADING ACT 2012 - SECT 10
Meaning of generic terms in Australian Consumer Law for purposes of this jurisdiction
(1) In the Australian Consumer Law (Victoria),
"regulator" means the Director.
(2) For the purposes of the application of the
Australian Consumer Law (Victoria), court has the meaning given in section 223
of this Act.
