AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND FAIR TRADING ACT 2012 - SECT 172
Offence to hinder or obstruct inspector
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an inspector
who is exercising a power under this Part.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
