AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND FAIR TRADING ACT 2012 - SECT 224
Jurisdiction of courts and VCAT
Subject to section 223, VCAT or any court of competent jurisdiction may hear
and determine a cause of action arising under any provision of the
Australian Consumer Law (Victoria).
