Jurisdictional limit of Magistrates' Court not to apply to pecuniary penalties under Australian Consumer Law (Victoria)
The jurisdictional limit for a civil proceeding specified under section 100(1)
of the
Magistrates'
Court Act 1989 does not apply to the power to order a pecuniary penalty under
section 224 of the Australian Consumer Law (Victoria).
