(1) A person who provides commercial sexual services within meaning of section 35(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 does not act as an introduction agent merely by providing a commercial sexual services or by doing anything incidental to the provision of those services.
(2) A person does not act as an introduction agent merely by providing a means that enables another person to offer to provide an introduction service.
