ABORIGINAL HERITAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 132A

The Council may, by instrument, delegate any of its functions or powers, except this power of delegation, to—

        (a)     the Secretary; or

        (b)     a member of the Council; or

        (c)     a Council advisory committee established under section 142A.
