ABORIGINAL HERITAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 182

Authorised officer may take affidavits

S. 182 amended by No. 11/2016 s. 123(2).

An authorised   officer is authorised to take affidavits for any purpose relating or incidental to the performance of his or her functions or exercise of his or her powers under this Act.
