Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Secretary must include in the annual report of the Department prepared under the Financial Management Act 1994 a report on the operation of this Act.
(2) The report must include—

(a) information on the exercise and performance by authorised officers of their powers, functions and duties under this Act;
S. 192(2)(b) amended by No. 11/2016 s. 130(b).
(b) non-identifying information on any complaints received in relation to authorised officers and the action taken to address those complaints.
S. 193 repealed by No. 11/2016 s. 131.
