ABORIGINAL HERITAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 28

A person must not do an act that harms or is likely to harm Aboriginal cultural heritage.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;

    In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.

Section 187A applies to an offence against this section.
