Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) This section applies if, immediately before the cancellation of the incorporation of an association under this Division, a person has incurred a liability by virtue of the person's role in or membership of the association.
(2) Despite the cancellation of incorporation, that liability continues and may be enforced as if the incorporation had not been cancelled.
