Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The secretary of an incorporated association must, within 14 days after being appointed, give written notice to the Registrar of his or her appointment.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2) The notice must be in the approved form and include the following—
(a) the secretary's full name and address;
(b) the prescribed particulars.
(3) The notice must be accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any).
(4) This section does not apply to the first secretary of an incorporated association referred to in section 72.
