ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 116

The Authority may invest money credited to the Fund that it does not immediately require—

        (a)     in any way authorised by section 5 of the Trustee Act 1958 ; or

        (b)     in any other way that the Minister approves.
