ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 52B

S. 52B(1) amended by No. 6/2016 s. 9(2)(a).

    (1)     A person other than a registered ART provider who is in possession of or has control of records relating to pre-1988 donor treatment procedures may—

        (a)         give the records to the Authority; or

S. 52B(1)(b) amended by No. 6/2016 s. 9(2)(b).

        (b)     give copies of the records to the Authority.

    (2)     A person is not liable for prosecution for an offence, or to a civil action, only for giving records to the Authority under subsection (1).
