ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 66

Records of information disclosed

A person who discloses information under this Part or the regulations must keep a record of—

        (a)     the person to whom the information is disclosed; and

        (b)     the information disclosed.
