ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 9

Section 8 not applicable to self-insemination

    Section 8 does not apply to—

        (a)     a woman carrying out self-insemination; or

        (b)     the woman's partner or a relative or friend of the woman, assisting the woman to carry out self-insemination.
