ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 - SECT 93

    An act or decision of the Patient Review Panel is not invalid only because—

        (a)     of a vacancy in its membership; or

        (b)     of a defect or irregularity in the appointment of any of its members.
