Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsDespite anything to the contrary in this Act or the building regulations, a person who carries out work in accordance with an emergency order or building order in force under this Part is not required to obtain a building permit or comply with the building regulations unless the relevant building surveyor so directs.
