Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to this Act, the Building Monitor has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of the Building Monitor's functions and to enable the Building Monitor to achieve the objectives of the Building Monitor under this Act.
(2) In exercising the Building Monitor's powers, the Building Monitor must comply with any relevant requirements specified by or under any other Act.
