Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe Authority may provide the Director of Consumer Affairs Victoria with any information held by the Authority in relation to a domestic building dispute (within the meaning of the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 ) if the Authority considers that the information will assist in the resolution of the dispute.
