BUILDING ACT 1993 - SECT 78B
Private building surveyor prohibited from delegating functions unless authorised
A private building surveyor must not delegate any function specified in
section 76 or 77 to another person unless the delegation of the function
is expressly authorised under this Act or the regulations.
