Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf the functions of a private building surveyor are transferred to a second building surveyor under this Part, then in respect of any period on or after the date of transfer to the second building surveyor, anything done by the private building surveyor in respect of the building work concerned is, for the purpose only of carrying out the second building surveyor's functions under this Act and the regulations, taken to have been done by the second building surveyor.
