Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSubject to the provisions of this Part every such person as aforesaid shall from and after the time when such convict shall cease to be subject to the operation of this Part be accountable to such convict for all property of such convict which has been by him possessed or received and not duly administered in the same manner in which any guardian or trustee is so accountable to his ward or cestui que trust.
