Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf, under clause 4.9 or 11 of the Master Security Agreement (within the meaning of the Agreement), the State or the Commission is required to pay an amount, the amount (not exceeding, in the case of a payment under clause 11, the amount received by or on behalf of the State for the issue of a new casino licence) is payable from the Consolidated Fund which is, to the necessary extent, appropriated accordingly.
