CASINO (MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT) ACT 1993 - SECT 6B

Ratification of the second Deed of Variation

    (1)     The second Deed of Variation is ratified and takes effect as if it had been enacted in this Act.

    (2)     The Agreement is amended as provided in the second Deed of Variation.
