CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 123

Grant of interment approval

    (1)     The Secretary must not grant an interment approval unless the Secretary is satisfied that the requirements of this Division have been met in relation to the application for the interment approval.

    (2)     An interment approval must—

        (a)     be in writing; and

        (b)     be signed by the Secretary.
