CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 141A

The following provisions of this Act do not apply in respect of the interment or cremation of Aboriginal ancestral remains—

        (a)     section 114;

        (b)     Division 3 of Part 8;

        (c)     section 129;

        (d)     sections 135 to 141.
