CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 148

Secretary may vary or revoke approval

    (1)     The Secretary may—

        (a)     revoke an approval granted under section 147;

        (b)     vary an approval granted under section 147;

        (c)     vary any terms and conditions specified in the approval granted under section 147.

    (2)     A revocation or variation under this section must be in writing.
