CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 162

An authorised officer must produce his or her identity card for inspection—

        (a)     before exercising a power under this Part; and

        (b)     at any time during the exercise of the power under this Part if asked to do so.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
