CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 170
Offence to hinder or obstruct authorised officer
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an
authorised officer exercising a power under this Part.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
