Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The regulations may prescribe model rules for or with respect to the general care, protection and management of a public cemetery by a cemetery trust.
(2) The model rules apply to all public cemeteries unless—
(a) a cemetery trust makes cemetery trust rules; and
(b) those cemetery trust rules are approved and published in accordance with section 27.
