CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 38

Registrar of Titles to amend Register

The Registrar of Titles must make any recordings in or amendments to the Register under the Transfer of Land Act 1958 that are necessary because of the operation of any provision of this Division.
