Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If the Secretary approves a fee or charge or a scale of fees and charges under section 40, the Secretary must cause a notice of that approval to be published in the Government Gazette.
(2) A fee or charge or scale of fees and charges does not take effect until notice of the Secretary's approval is published in the Government Gazette.
