Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A cemetery trust may borrow money to enable it to perform its functions and exercise its powers under this Act.
(2) A cemetery trust—
(a) must not borrow money unless the prior approval of the Treasurer has been obtained; and
(b) must comply with any conditions imposed by the Treasurer in that approval.
