Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsAnything done or purported to have been done under this Act, before the commencement of section 10 of the Catchment and Land Protection (Amendment) Act 1998 , by a body deemed to have been established by section 99 of this Act that would have been validly done had section 10 of that Act been in operation at the time at which the thing was done or purported to have been done, has and is deemed always to have had, the same force and effect as it would have had if that section had been in operation at the time at which the thing was done or purported to have been done.
