Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister may approve a roadside weed and pest animal management plan if the Minister is satisfied that the plan meets the requirements set out in section 22C.
(2) Before approving a roadside weed and pest animal management plan, the Minister may request that the municipal council submit a revised plan.
(3) A request for a revised roadside weed and pest animal management plan must be in writing and state the particular matters in the plan that are required to be revised.
