CATCHMENT AND LAND PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 35

S. 35(1) amended by No. 61/2003 s. 5.

    (1)     A land owner of land to which a land use condition applies must comply with it.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.

    (2)     Subsection (1) does not make the Crown, a Minister or the Secretary liable for an offence.
