CATCHMENT AND LAND PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 40

A land management notice is binding on—

        (a)     the land owner served with it; and

        (b)     each subsequent land owner for the time being of the land to which it applies as if each such owner had been served with the land management notice on becoming the land owner.
