CRIMES (MENTAL IMPAIRMENT AND UNFITNESS TO BE TRIED) ACT 1997 - SECT 27

How long does a supervision order last?

    (1)     A supervision order is for an indefinite term.

S. 27(2) substituted by No. 7/2002 s. 7(2).

    (2)     When making a supervision order, the court may direct that the matter be brought back to the court for review at the end of the period specified by the court.
